Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed and published by dxbAIStudio ("dxbAIStudio," "we," "us," or "our") that link to this page (each, an "App," collectively the "Apps"). Using one shared policy keeps things consistent and easy to find — where an individual App collects data beyond what's described here, that's called out in the App's own store listing (e.g. Apple's Privacy Nutrition Label).
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. Some Apps let you create an account, enter a display name, submit feedback, or otherwise provide information voluntarily. We only collect what a given App's features require.
Information collected automatically. When you use an App, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information, including device model, operating system version, unique device or advertising identifiers, language and region settings, crash logs and diagnostics, and general usage data such as screens viewed, features used, and session length.
Third-party account data (where applicable). Some Apps offer optional integrations with third-party services via OAuth, letting you connect an existing account (e.g. Google) with your permission to read and display your own data inside the App. We do not receive or store your third-party account password, and you can disconnect this access at any time from that service's account settings.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Apps and their core features;
- Diagnose bugs, monitor performance, and improve reliability;
- Understand how the Apps are used so we can improve them;
- Show advertising in ad-supported Apps and measure its performance;
- Respond to support requests and communicate important updates; and
- Meet legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.
3. Advertising & Analytics
Some Apps are supported by advertising and use Google AdMob to display ads, and/or Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics) to understand usage and diagnose crashes. These providers may collect device identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA, where permitted) and usage data on our behalf, and may use that information in line with their own privacy policies:
- Google Privacy Policy (covers AdMob and Firebase)
- How Google uses information from AdMob
On iOS, Apps that use identifiers for advertising honor your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) choice. If you decline tracking, ads may still be shown but will not be personalized based on cross-app or cross-site activity.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g. Google AdMob, Firebase, Apple, cloud hosting) strictly to operate and improve the Apps;
- Authorities, where required to comply with the law or protect our rights; and
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
5. Children's Privacy
Some of our Apps are designed for young children to use together with a parent or guardian. For those Apps, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children, do not require account creation to use the App's core content, and do not serve behaviorally targeted advertising to children, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's Kids Category requirements. Progress tracking, where offered, is stored on-device and is intended for the parent to review.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information in a way not described here, please contact us using the details below and we will promptly delete it.
6. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures — such as encrypted network connections and access controls with our service providers — to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the Apps' features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time — see Section 8.
8. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights — including requesting deletion of your account or data from a specific App — email us at studiodxbai@gmail.com with the App name and your request, and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
You can also, at any time:
- Reset or limit your device's advertising identifier in your device settings;
- Manage or withdraw App Tracking Transparency permission via iOS Settings; and
- Disconnect any third-party account (e.g. Google) you previously linked.
9. International Users
dxbAIStudio is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you use our Apps from outside the UAE, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the UAE or other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Apps or legal requirements. We'll update the "Effective date" above when we do. Continued use of an App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
